Personal coaching
Coaching is a process based on partnership and open communication between two people. One is not better than the other, both are equal in this process. The essence of coaching is to hear and help discover limiting beliefs, expand awareness of the current situation and see opportunities. Pain, whether it is physical, psychological or spiritual, shows us where change is needed. We can use it as a resource, not a punishment. This is an indicator what needs our attention. Each person has the right answer within on what is the best course of action, but they discover it through their relationship with others.
What we learn:
Self-esteem, being enough as you are.
Ways to reduce stress and anxiety.
Letting go of people or situations that no longer serve us.
Confidence to communicate to other people, draw boundaries.
Feeling free, creative and honest.
Coaching session is meant to:
- solve a specific question;
- discover self-limiting beliefs,
- find out what small steps can help you move from current situation.

- solve several questions;
- understand limiting beliefs and replace them with empowering self-perceptions;
- become aware of your feeling and the impact that environment has on your decisions;
- gain self-confidence and learn to go through life's challenges more courageously.
