Business Coaching

Contact a coach when:

- the employee tries to move from status quo for a long time but does not see a way out;
- there are so many possibilities that it is not at all clear which way to move forward;
- the challenge is so big, unattractive or frightening that the employee feels as if paralyzed and unable to start.

It is important that leaders, managers and specialists - generally, all employees in the company, have the opportunity to consult on various issues related to activities, projects, interpersonal relationships or personal challenges. The coach is not related by employment relationship with the company, so it is easier for the employee to have an open, free communication. When there is no threat that a career or relationship is going to suffer due to disclosed information, then a safe space is created to express thoughts freely that lead to honest, practical decisions.

At the end of the sessions there is a possibility to get a summary and presentation of the sessions. The confidentiality of the sessions remain and information shared is not revealed. However, during the sessions challenges that employees and managers are facing reveal themselves and this could be used as a tool to become aware of the pain points and improve different areas. The identified areas can then be communicated with all the employees who do not necessarily express their own concerns.

The process:

- We agree e.g. 10 hours of session time, which can translate to 10 sessions of 60 min or in some other format.

- You decide which employees have sessions based on needs.

- The frequency and number of sessions per employee can be agreed.

- The number of hours must be used within the agreed period from the date of signing the contract.

- The first meeting is preferably live. Other sessions may take place remotely.

- Sessions are confidential and all information strictly remains between the employee and the coach.

- We can also sign a separate confidentiality agreement with the company.

- Possibility to receive summary of mostly expressed company issues and challenges most employees are facing.

”I felt free and comfortable, I was not afraid to speak up. The questions asked by the coach and by being guided to voice the answer myself helped me move forward with the existing problems. Result: rethinking the strategy when working with a specific person who seems to be problematic at the moment. Also thinking in a team way - I should not impose my wishes on the team, it is better to clearly hear it from them.”
