Leadership coaching
Our job, career, activities give us meaning and satisfaction. It can help create a sense of purpose, enable growth, expand our circle of relationships which motivate us, energize us or help us get through difficult moments. However, often convictions, self-doubt, insecurity prevent us from doing the things that make us happy, so we remain stuck in cycles that we have already outgrown. When we get tired of repeating the same lessons, we get frustrated and give up saying it's okay the way it is. Coaching is about finding the first small steps that are going to break down the old patterns, find joy and self-esteem at what you do.

Leadership coaching session (1 hour)
Coaching session is meant to:
- solve a specific question;
- discover self-limiting beliefs;
- find out what small steps can help you move from current situation.
Leadership coaching sessions (2 sessions or more)
Coaching sessions are meant to:
- solve several questions;
- see and understand limiting beliefs, their origin and cost in everyday life;
- find suitable next steps to solve the situation and make a plan;
- learn to independently go towards the desired results.
